Primark has issued a recall for its Little Bear 2-Pack Soother Clips due to potential choking and laceration hazards. The wooden button on the soother clips can come off, exposing a sharp screw, which can pose a serious risk. The recall affects products sold in Primark stores across the northeast United States, Florida, Maryland, and Illinois between June and August 2025.The recalled product is:
- Identified as the Primark Little Bear 2-Pack Soother Clip
- Featuring a cloth strap
- With small bear designs and a wooden button.
- The product code is 991139699.
- The product code is printed on the price tag located on the back of the product packaging.
- Approximately 1,330 units are involved in this recall.
The issue was discovered following five reports of the wooden buttons detaching, including one incident where a screw was found in an infant's mouth. The recall was initiated on December 11, 2025.
