Huizhou Hongyi Information Technology Co., Ltd has issued a recall for its Hongyee brand USB Charger Station due to an electric shock hazard. The product was distributed across Canada.AFFECTED PRODUCT:
- Hongyee USB Charger Station
- Model Yili-10USB01
- The USB charger stations are white in colour
- Which is white and features ten charging ports
- Including 6 USB-C and 4 USB-A ports.
- The model number is located on the back of the device.
- The quantity of units recalled has not been specified.
Health Canada identified the hazard through testing. The recall was initiated on July 30, 2025.
