FDA announced the recall of 2975 bottles of Food Research International Uro Kid Support Capsules and Serious Brain Enhancer Capsules by Global Vitality Inc. due to potential E. Coli contamination. These products were distributed to a single consignee in California. Details about the consignee were not provided.
