FDA announced the recall of 1st phorm Level-1 Sustained Assimilation Protein Supplements Chocolate Marshmallow and Milk Chocolate flavors by International Food Companies DBA because they may be contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. These products were distributed in Missouri.

The recalled products are:
- 1st phorm Level-1 Sustained Assimilation Protein. Chocolate Marshmallow. Protein Supplement. Item number 502396. Net Wt. 2.45 lbs (1.11kg) UPC 8 50036-64808 6.
Lot 23087AP8A. Manufactured & Designed Exclusively for 1st Phorm, 2091 Fenton Logistics Pk Blvd, Fenton, MO 63026. Product Quantity: 126 bottles.
- 1st phorm Level-1 Sustained Assimilation Protein. Milk Chocolate. Protein Supplement. Item number 502066. Net Wt. 2.45 lbs (1.11kg) UPC 8 50026-19672 6. Lot 23088AP8A. Manufactured & Designed Exclusively for 1st Phorm, 2091 Fenton Logistics Pk Blvd, Fenton, MO 63026 Product Quantity: 480 bottles.

This recall was initiated 6/21/2023 on and its status is ongoing. Do not consume, use, sell, serve, or distribute the recalled products.

Received a package I did not order from JERRY(001)-YASFBARA, 9208 Charles Smith Ave. RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA 91730. Assuming they will make a fake review of an item I did not order, but not the item they sent. Cheap bracelets or hair ties. They are going in the garage.
