I purchased a chair from your company it was supposed to been sent in China Post and then I keep getting notifications that it was being sent by track 718 and that it has been delivered. I have not received my package. I ordered this on October 21, I want to know where my package is.

Yes I received an antenna from you that I did not order. Please refund me my money if there was a charge for this. Do not ever send me any items I did not order ever again!!! Please tell me how to fix this problem.
