1. Employees are concerned more than one employee has tested positive for COVID-19, however, employer are not notifying employees who has been in close contact with the positive worker. In addition, employer are encouraging employees to not inform the other employees if they test positive for COVID-19.

2. Employees who tested positive for COVID-19, are allowed to return to work while still having symptoms and within 3 days without following CDC guidelines. 3. The factory department is not being cleaned or sanitized to prevent employees from COVID-19.
