A crash on Green Bay's northwest side has shut down lanes on a busy road and cut power to hundreds. The Wisconsin Public Service's outage map showed nearly 1,500 customers out of power as of 10:50 a.m Dec 13th.

At 2:45 p.m., WPS was reporting power outages for 13,874 customers in Green Bay, 6,394 in Howard, 2,389 in Ashwaubenon and 1,056 in Hobart.The outages were caused by an issue with transmission equipment owned and operated by American Transmission Company.
