I ordered from you 2 shovels that were battery operated to shovel snow with. The order was placed in October 2023. I have not received it yet but you charged my credit card. I would like a full refund since I did not get what I ordered!!

I ordered clothing from this website. I thought it was legitimate, but was scammed. They used Marshall's as their name, but they lied and now I am stuck and they have my money and I have nothing.
