Small white pkg received with plastic gold colored with holes. Like type embroidery people use. I did not order this. I believe I ordered a Walker advertised on fb few months ago & it very came. No tracking information.

It was a piece of blue material.

I place them all the time. Usually QVC, HSN or Amazon

I got a similar package about 6 months ago with 3 neckfans.
