Package received from online seller at the address 20527 59th pl S Kent Washington. Also received the same item from online seller 1800 140th ave sumner WA. Data cable set in both packages. I did not order these any explanation?

I received an item I did not order. Return address states Online Seller, 2646 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144. Underneath the UPS label it shows from China Post. I live in Indiana
