I opened the pkg because I was expecting a small pkg & thought this was it, however it isn't anything I've ever seen (like a medallion) & certainly did not order it or want it & have no idea at the price. What do I do with it?

My wife received earmuff from online seller 20526 59th pls Kent Washington 98023 which is parking lot. Original label underneath usps label is from china end it was sent from LA. Did any of these people that received the random items get a charges from company that they don't know?
