Power Outage, NE 90th Ave & NE Burton Rd, Vancouver, WA 98664, USA

As of 6:45 a.m., Clark Public Utilities said a vehicle accident had left more than 1,200 customers in the dark. It was reported in the area near Northeast Burton Road and Northeast 90th Avenue at around midnight. At one point, nearly 33,000 customers were without power.

Strong winds swept parts of Western Oregon and Southwest Washington on Wednesday evening, knocking out power for thousands. A power outage triggered fire alarms and knocked out traffic lights Friday afternoon in downtown Vancouver. The outage also affected the Clark County Jail and the 911 dispatch center.
