Like many others reporting here, I received a cheap little trinket which I did not order, possibly in response to ordering something else though a Facebook ad which seemed legitimate. Never again.

My advice is, do not order through second parties. Place orders directly through the web … See More

Once checked in, clinician takes patient to the one exam room. 15 minutes each patient. 20-25 patients are processed in a day. No proper ventilation in the treatment area. 5. Lack of proper cleaning: One restroom that is not properly cleaned between users; professional cleaning occurs only 2x a week; daily cleaning of the clinic does not occur. 6. Conducting testing indoors instead of outdoor testing tents. 8/7/2020 - No FDA approved masks provided
