Last year, 2022, my 9 year old Pomeranian started getting diarrhea and sick to his stomach. Unfortunately I did not immediately know the cause.

I didn't want to run out. My god I almost killed my dog with kindness! Finally I woke up to discover a literal pool of blood. After rushing to vet we put 2 + 2 together and pulled the Dreambones. Luckily my dog survived...I've read of some who didn't. These should be pulled immediately. Despicable that they continue to sell these without even a disclaimer on package!
