Received empty package, Merkel, TX, USA

Package arrived empty from 8500 logistics airpark drive, Louisville KY 40219. I do not believe i ordered it. Inside was only a business type card that read: thank you for supporting my small business. Package was a small 4x6” padded yellow envelope.
