I ordered a particular type of light. What I received looks like something I could probably buy at a dollar store. The are cheap and tiny. I want to return them but there is no information other than the return address. This is obviously a sham company

Received a second package from Kitty Suppes that I did not order. Charged my credit card. When notice came that they were shipping, I emailed back and said to cancel as I hadn't used the first one yet. Now want me to return with a 20% refund. Have notified my bank and charge will be disputed.
