The Knoxville Utilities Board also reported around 12,962 customers without power as of 7:22 p.m. The Lenoir City Utilities Board also reported around 5,723 customers without power as of 7:22 p.m. The Alcoa Electric Department also reported 1,021 customers affected by power outages as of 7:23 p.m.
