I saw an ad online. I purchased the item but it never arrived. I kept watching the "track your shipment" and it finally said that it had arrived but it had not. I reported it on their site and have heard back nothing for over 3 weeks. The company is TopMall Sales, i think in Hong Kong.

I ordered some puzzles from White Mounain (yes, not mountain) and never received the puzzles. I have asked for a refund several times and am told the puzzles are on the way. T T Niro is who took the order and payment. Very frustrating!
