A power outage was reported in Rapid City Monday afternoon. According to Black Energy's outage map, about 630 customers were affected by the outage. Power was restored to the area around 7:00 p.m.

Black Hills Energy is reporting power outages in Rapid City. According to Black Hills Energy’s website, the company confirmed 854 outages in Southwest Rapid City, and 376 outages in Northwest Rapid City Black Hills Energy says that power should return by 10 p.m.
