Received a yellow
Smiley face made from a leather like material from address i do not know. It had a label over to another label on the package front.
It was a plastic 4-5” by 4-5” soft white envelope.

I do not have a pet anymore. I did not order this. If I return to sender, I doubt I will be refunded for the amt I was charged on my Amazon acct. So I will keep it to avoid complications.
