1. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Employees who have come in contact with COVID-19 are allowed to return to work
without being quarantined. These employees are also involved with handling food preparation and serving and could be exposing customers to COVID-19.
