A power outage was reported in South Kingstown and Charlestown, in Rhode Island on Wednesday. According to Rhode Island Energy, as of 2:30 p.m., more than 250 customers were still without power after a strong storm moved through the area.

The Rhode Island Department of Health has issued a boil-water advisory for the Charlestown Commons after E.coli bacteria was found in the water system. The system provides water to commercial space and a residential duplex, serving approximately 150 people per day, according to the Health Department.
