I received a package from shipping center, Warminster, PA, USA

I opened the package and it’s a plastic bowl with a handle. There’s no invoice there’s no order form I have no idea. It is not anything I ordered from Amazon and the return address is shipping center 609 Cattle Shoe Court, Selena CELINA, Texas.

Received a small package this morning in the mail that I never ordered from a NJ address, the sender is Jane. It's a harmonica...lol. no idea why, who, where it actually came from, but I better NOT receive a charge. So far I haven't been charged.
