water treatment plant, the public works crew initiated emergency repairs to a water main line on Wednesday, July 12. The water system customers in the following locations are affected by the loss of pressure and potential for contaminants:
All water customers on Salmon Creek Road;
All water customers on Railroad Avenue;
41934 South Powers Road;
270 2nd Avenue, 360 2nd Avenue, 350 2nd Avenue, 320 2nd Avenue;
309 3rd Avenue & 341 3rd Avenue.
Customers should bring water to a rolling boil for one full minute, allow the water to cool before using, and store the cooled water in a clean container with a cover or lid.
