On 12-31-2021 New Year Eve the front line staff were exposed to large numbers of unmasked customers during a very busy New Year Eve night. The casino allowed customers in the concert halls without marks and after three shows they all came out to the deli without … See More
masks and were yelling at us when we asked them to please put their mask back on. The security staff and supervisors just stood there without helping us. Now many of us are sick with covid-19 even with our shots. I have asked the supervisor that was helping us at the deli to please do something, but she just stood there watching. We were overwhelmed with the long line of out of control customers. We worked without proper break time and were forced to deal with angry unmasked customers all night which have caused myself and many of the staff to be sick. In addition, a few of us got food poisoning when we ate at the employee kitchen. The lead night cook at the Deli and the women supervisors have their hair loose in the food preparation areas. That night we had several complains of hair in customers food. They still refused to make any adjustments. If I say anything to the cook or supervisors they get upset.
