Equipment underground caused an electrical fire in Warren on Tuesday afternoon. Ohio Edison disconnected power in the area while crews investigated the cause of the fire, and power has since been restored to the roughly 200 customers who were impacted.

In numerous cases the providing of N-95 type respiratory protection or respirators with higher protection values for the workers to wear while within 6 feet of patients that are unknown or who are suspected or have tested positive for the Covid-19 virus or while treating these same patients. 3. The employer has not trained the workers for proper use, fit, or maintaining the respiratory protection. In particular the workers are not made aware of when to change out the protection once it is worn out or soiled. 4. The employer is not recording on the OSHA 300 logs workers that become infected with the Covid19 virus that may be missing work due to the infection. In addition the employer has not been posting the 300 log nor providing access or copies of the log when requested. 5. The employer has been retaliating against workers that are bringing in proper PPE from outside sources, including N95 masks and other protective equipment.
