Did not place this order, but recently did order a clearance push mower that I determined to be fraud. Contacted my bank and they're investigating.

I received an ugly scarf I did not order and I had to pay $5.25 postage to get it. I want to know if I was charged how they got my credit card information and how to get off of the list that I must be on please advise
