As of 1:10 p.m., 2,891 AES customers were without power in Greene County. Upwards of 5,500 customers were without power at one point during the outage. A spokesperson for AES Ohio said there was a lockout in the Beavercreek area, which resulted in the outage.

Service has been restored to the majority of the AES Ohio customers without power Wednesday morning. More than 2,400 customers in Greene County didn’t have power. The majority of the outages were in the Beavercreek area north of U.S. 35.
