There have been several confirmed COVID-19 cases, however the employer has not sanitized the facility. The employer is not informing employees of the cases and is not enforcing mask to be worn or practicing social distancing.

There is a concern with positive cases of COVID-19 in the office. The employer is not requiring the wearing of masks or doing anything to allow social distancing. Over 30 employees are in the office daily in close quarters.
