are told that a maintenance crew is spraying something after they leave and employees are required to come into the building to work the next day. Employees feel that the building should be closed for period of time to allow for a thorough cleaning and for employees to work away from the building and not be exposed to the virus. 2. There has been a mold problem in the building. The air vents and ceiling are brown from water leaks. Employees with pre-existing conditions are working together in a small room that is closed with poor ventilation, in order to be away from areas that may have mold. 3. Yellow anti-slip strips on the concrete steps employees use to enter the buiding have come off and the concrete has crumbed. A cone has been placed on the steps and it and the crumbling concrete cause a trip/fall hazard.
