COVID-19 or having symptoms. There are concerns that proper precautions are not being taken. 1. Employees are concerned that adequate cleaning and sanitizing has not been conducted. There has been cleaning done twice, but staff members remained in the building each time while cleaning was done. Employees feel that there should be a deep cleaning done without employees present in the building. Employees are being told that they must clean their own work areas. 2. Staff members have been exposed to positive COVID-19 cases and have expressed an interest in getting tested. If they have no personal time available to use while getting tested, they will receive disiplinary action if out of work to be tested for COVID-19. This is causing employees to not be tested for the virus.
