3) The employer does not enforce the employees to maintain a distance at least 6 feet apart from each other. 4) Employees are not wearing face covering and others wear them incorrect with their nose out. 5) Employees are not being notified when employees test positive for COVID-19 and the area(s) they work in are not sanitize. 6) No sanitizer available in the protection area(s).
