My water was brown with particles in it, Roscoe, NY, USA

My kitchen and bathroom water are both brown. I have 3 children. I can not bath them in brown water. What is the problem? I’m sure all residents would love to resolve this problem so let’s find a solution before we all get contaminated by whatever is coming out of our pipes.
