I ordered boots, like 6 pairs off what I'm assuming now is a fake site and got this ring instead. I followed the tracking it said it was coming from china then went to Los Angeles then to me

I did not order anything and on 4/4/23 I received a package in the mail. Return address was online seller, 8000 n Virginia st ., Reno NIV 89506. Learned this is a scam. What can be done

I received a small piece of fabric discribed as a Hammock .
Emailed customer service. They want to negotiate a lesser price , only after I return the item to China! What a scam!! Please help!! Thank you
