1. Public Area Custodial employees are working with EnvirOx H2Orange2 HyperConcentrate 112 and Purell and are not being provided proper PPE such as safety glasses and rubber gloves to handle the chemicals. 2. Public Area Custodial employees are not being trained how to use EnvirOx and Purell
before they use them. 3. Employees (every department) are continuing to work with signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
