Did not order-ADELAIDE 3646 South Walcott Chicago Ill 60609 white powder substance with Chinese writing. Invasive marketing to say the least and concerning in that this entity may be using this tactic to send illegal substances through the mail. Any place else to report this?

I ordered one for 19 and I got charged 39 and it’s not the same as I saw advertised the shade was totally off white as anything. It’s supposed to be natural color. I want to return it.
