more got Covid around the end Of Nov. 2021 to Dec. 2021. 4. Employer is only requiring the staff who are directly swabbing for Covid-19 to wear a gown, gloves and mask; while the providers, LPNs, and MAs are not required to wear a gown during the rest of their time spent providing direct patient care to the high risk Covid-19 patients. Then the same providers, LPNs, and MAs are allowed to go back and forth freely from their Covid area to our "Clean Primary Care area" Not to mention the providers in the Covid area are allowed to see sick, healthy, fast track, all patients in the same Covid area. The area has the 3 open rooms in one conference room placing 3 different families in these areas. 5. There is lack of consistency in PPE training and enforcement of PPE use throughout all offices. 6. Most of the office got Covid around the same time. There were no changes made after the office and families all got Covid. 7. N95 masks are not being worn by the staff members who swab or have direct or close contact with positive Covid 19 exposures. These staff members have had Covid, and therefore, put the whole office at risk for Covid, due to 4-5 day time frame to find out if a coworker was positive. 8. Positive Covid patients are allowed inside the waiting room by accident, due to the fact that nobody answers the Covid phone line that is provided to patients that are sitting in their car. Phone system has placed other patients and the staff at an additional risk for Covid exposures. Someone should always be available to answer this phone line. 9. There is no cleaning in primary care area, neither is there routine cleanings of providers offices or lunch room. 10. There is Inadequate scheduling/ and appropriate training for schedulers in regards to Covid - questions. Kids that are being quarantined are allowed to come into the office for visits. Families are allowed to bring kids in and adults on quarantine can come in. Families with Covid symptoms are allowed in the primary care office, and waiting room. 11. Testing for strep, Covid, and flu are all being done in a room with no ability to wash hands. Concerns with Cross contamination by MAs, LPNs after they perform the testing in Bull pin area to the old conference room when brining Covid swabs to area where swabs are being tested. 12. The Conference room is open with an open concept with 3 different areas to see patients. 13. There is no patient privacy and it is difficult to maintain patient confidentiality. 14. It is very to cross contaminate neg. Covid patients with positive Covid patients. 15. There is a high volume of patients in the Covid area without proper ventilation in these areas.
