I received a package with 2 stainless steel tools of which I have no idea what they are. I don't recall ordering anything like this.. This package came in the mail. I have no idea what these 2 chrome tools are used for. I didn't order anything like this.

Shoes are so cheaply made, the buckles are weak metal that can easily be bent with 2 fingers. Verycheap product and size isn't even close. I tried to contact them for a refund to no avail. Service@ shoesvip. co
