Tomorrow morning after having had flu symptoms for over a week and having visited the doctor and testing negative for the flu.... Tomorrow morning I am getting tested for COVID 19.

I have a lot of feelings about how difficult it was to get tested.

If you’re the praying type, my wife’s best friend has all the symptoms of COVID-19 except for the fever, so she’s not eligible to be tested. She had a lot of trouble breathing last night.

And my mom just told me she got tested for COVID-19 yesterday. Her symptoms started 7 days ago. She was at our house 8 days ago. If I wasn't a basket case before, I am now.

I have a friend in Minnesota that went in on Monday March 16th for a COVID-19 drive-through test after showing symptoms and 7 days later still no results. What gives, these wait times are insanely dangerous.

i am presenting all the symptoms of coronavirus and could most likely be carrying it. many people have been telling me to get tested, but testing should be saved for frontline workers, marginalized communities, and high risk patients.

Triaged out of testing since I'm young and healthy, was told to assume I had it & to go into two week quarantine.

I can work from home, but I have a number of issues for this-"

I live near one of the coronavirus outbreaks. I have cold symptoms (or possibly allergy symptoms--it's almost impossible to tell this time of year). I'm staying home just in case, to help protect vulnerable members of my community.
