According to the Rochester Public Utilities (RPU) Outage Map, nearly 1200 customers were without power in both northeast and northwest Rochester. It’s unclear what caused the outage. Power has been restored in the affected areas.

At 11: 25 a.m., RPU’s outage map reported 2,748 customers without power near 37th Street NW and Highway 63. Crews found a burned up arrester and worked quickly to fix the repair. As of 1:25 p.m., power had been restored to all customers.
