Covenant Healthcare fails to enforce their COVID-19 hotline; when Covenant Healthcare is aware that you are sick with a fever, sore throat, etc., employees are still given the option to report to work, resulting in employees working while symptomatic for COVID-19. 4. Covenant Healthcare management does not enforce or review the sign-in log left in each department, screening for COVID-19 symptoms. 5. Covenant Healthcare is asking medical personnel to enter patients' rooms when the medical personnel aren't feeling well or supposed to be in quarantine.
