Throughout the pandemic, night shift managers have not followed policies related to mask wearing and social distancing. Employees are forced to work in close proximity to each other and nobody including managers will wear a mask.

An employee subsequently tested positive from working that day because they were not provided the appropriate personal protective equipment.
