buckets of Hillyard Vindicator wipes were taken. 3. Training on the hazards of the cleaning chemicals, safe work practices and the use of the cleaner against COVID-19 was not communicated at all. When concerns were raised, a label of ingredients was placed on the bottles, but still no training or explanation on how to use the spray safely or effectively was given. The expectation for staff to use the spray with no directions is worrisome. We are also concerned, with good reason, about the manner in which the cleaner was diluted. 4. We do not believe that we have the appropriate PPE to be using this type of cleanser containing these chemicals. Many windows do not open. The cleaner is GS Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner made by Spartan Chemical Company. 5. Absence of required cleaning and concerns about appropriate cleaning of frequently touched surfaces. Classroom sinks are not cleaned daily. 6. Soap is not by the sinks in several classrooms and workspaces. 7. Required signs for proper hand washing techniques are not displayed in all bathrooms. 8. Classrooms also do not show evidence of disinfection. 9. No gloves are in the computer area or library. 10. The wipes provided are hand wipes and are not designated for surfaces.

1. There was no screening being done, no training or mention of COVID prevention or response plan, no floor markings to encourage social distancing, no posters to reinforce the guidelines, and no one is wearing mask correctly.

didn't feel well and that they was with their grandparents who are now both hospitalized with Covid-19. Employee was asked why he didn't tell all of us and they said it wasn't a big deal. Manager was contacted and a couple employees left but manager refused to send sick employee home stating they are an essential closer. We have not been taking temperatures for a while due to the manager losing the thermometer.

I canceled and reported that order to my bank, but have not found any fraudulent activities on my bank statements or card.
