As of 8 a.m. Tuesday, Consumers Energy reported 1,925 outages, affecting more than 117,000 customers. Its outage map showed a large number of customers in the Lakeview neighborhoods in Battle Creek and the Wattles Park neighborhood in Emmett Township.
