At 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, CMP’s outage center was reporting 6,269 power outages, with more than 2,700 of them in Androscoggin County. Cumberland County was reporting 1,594. The hardest hit town in Cumberland County was Portland, with 1,478 outages.
Item #1 - Apartment Mart is installing a sprinkler system in the building, and several of the workers are not wearing face masks to protect themselves from Covid-19. Item #2 - Employees are potentially exposed to asbestos when conducting work while opening holes in walls.
