a supposed Tracker App that doesn't do anything. The confirmation also shows an email you can "contact if you need help". Don't dare do that as I think I have already been scammed. Am going to check to see if charge has gone through on credit card...am also going to contact JC Penney. Luckily I'm only out $30.00. I guess I was stupid...but I'm definitely pissed!

The company warned customers to prepare to lose power as wind gusts increase throughout the morning. Versant Power, which serves northern and eastern Maine, reported 400 outages at 9 a.m.
