I ordered a craft cabinet online. I never received an order notification from Hermoe, however they did charge my credit card for $37 and then sent me a notice stating my item was still in my "cart" and the order had not been completed.

I ordered clothing from JCPeney(not JCPenney) on 7-21-23 golf shirts and haven't received any but money was taken from my account. I cannot pull up the site. Offering ladies golf shirts, shorts, skirts for as little as $2.97.$3.97

Complainant filed this complaint earlier this week and the action continues to happen. One of the owners was exposed to COVID and has not quarantined, instead coming to work every day, coughing and hacking like they're dying.
