I placed an order. It “came out” as delivered when it wasn't. I complained in several emails. They gave me the option of sending the package to me one more time without “charging”. Of course I wasn't going to pay them again! Then they give me “the … See More
tracking number”. I ask them, when the package was supposedly on American soil, what kind of local company they would use. They reply that they have their own privatized company that makes the deliveries. That I could only communicate with the dispatcher behind them. After 50 days, he sent me the link saying that the package was left a few minutes after four in the afternoon that day, when it was still 11 in the morning!
