I ordered a black and white coat, size medium. I received a blue and white flannel shirt, size large. Cheap and ugly. No receipt in the package or labels on the packaging. How do I return it?

I got the same pin with a label saying it was from an Amazon Distribution Center in Kent, WA. Peeling off that label shows it came from CHINA and that label included my address and phone number. I never ordered this pen. I wonder if CHINA obtained… See more
