Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Bob Rohrman Honda, 821 Sagamore Pkwy., LAFAYETTE, IN, 47905, USA

I am a frequent customer and patron of Bob Rohrman Honda in Lafayette, IN. Across 5+ visits to the business in the last 6 months, I have noticed that the large majority of employees (notably the service team and the female employee in charge of payment and
billing) were either a) not wearing masks when interacting with customers or other workers, b) wearing their masks below their nose and mouth when interacting with customers or other works, or c) wearing masks that are essentially ineffective at stopping the spread of COVID-19 (i.e. neck gaiters, very thin fabric masks, etc.). This has been a consistent trend across my visits to the business. Though other measures have been taken to allow for sanitary conditions (hand sanitizer available, signs prohibiting entry without a mask (a bit ironic)), this is unacceptable behavior for a business of this size and reputation. For example, while waiting for my car service appointment to be completed I sat in the waiting room adjacent to the service area, I was joined alongside 2 elderly gentlemen (i.e. an extremely high-risk population) both of whom were properly wearing masks. Several employees walked by or were within a 10-15 foot range that were either not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. The female employee working at the cash register for the service appointments did not pull her mask up above her nose or mouth when one of the elderly gentlemen walked up to pay. This is just one example of the gross negligence and/or ignorance I have seen at this business.
