The business is not enforcing COVID-19 social distancing mandates. Employees are hands-on with customers putting their shoes on, measuring their feet and are within one foot of the customers for long periods of time. Not all customers are wearing masks.

Barely any use of face masks. If people get tested, no employees get informed on results. Someone tested positive for COVID, but none of the managers informed any employees and still stay quiet about the topic when asked. All upper management knew about it as well
